What is the weather like in February in Tequila?
In Tequila, the average high is around 75°F, with lows near 50°F. Please note that the weather can be unpredictable so bring a rain jacket, layers, and sunscreen.

When should I book my flights?
Please book flights into Guadalajara International Airport (GDL). Arrival flights should land before 3:00 PM on the arrival day. Departure flights should be scheduled to depart no earlier than 11:30 AM on the departure day. Round trip airport transfers will be provided in Guadalajara.

Can I extend my stay or arrive early?
Yes. Guests are welcome to arrive early in Guadalajara prior to the start of the program. Any arrangements made outside of the official program dates must be coordinated independently and at your own expense.  If you wish to extend your stay after the program concludes, please note that we will not be able to extend the reserved program accommodations. Guests planning to stay beyond the program dates will need to secure and book alternate hotel accommodations independently.

Will there be any out-of-pocket costs?
Attendees would be responsible for covering their flight costs and hotel stay in Guadalajara. Incidental charges outside of program inclusions will be at your own expense.

Will I be responsible for any tips or gratuities?
We’ve got it covered! All tips and gratuities for hotel porterage, housekeeping, and sponsored activities are included. Gratuities for additional activities or services outside of the program are at your own expense.

What is the dress code?
General Program: Smart casual 
Mundo Cuervo / Agave Fields Experience: Casual attire with closed-toe shoes required (comfortable walking shoes recommended). We suggest breathable fabrics and sun protection for outdoor activities. 
What if I have special dietary requirements?
Please note any dietary requirements on the registration form when you register.  ​

Once I have registered, can I make changes to my selections?
You will be able to make changes, based on availability, at any time while registration is open.
